International Orders

Pools.com has designed our site to accommodate the many international order requests received every year. Through the years, Pools.com has been able to fulfill product overseas at a very high rate of success. Mainly due to our time, energy and effort, international customers have come to expect expedited oversea services from Pools.com.

Due to the nature of rate policies from UPS, USPS, Fed Ex, or our overseas carriers, any product being shipped outside the Contiguous US 48 states is subject to additional shipping charges. This includes Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or any other US territories. Pools.com views these not as international shipments, but classified as shipments that carry additional freight charges.

As many international customers and US citizens living outside the Continental US are aware freight on a per product basis can be prohibitive. In some cases like chemicals, we are unable to ship product due to various restrictions and have to address these restrictions on a case by case basis.

If you would like to proceed with an order that is considered international or outside the US 48, you can do so by adding product(s) to your shopping cart and continue through the checkout process. You will notice that shipping charges are not calculated, but you can proceed through the checkout track. Once we receive your order, our office will have all the necessary product information to estimate freight and contact you to confirm additional freight charges to your order. Your order will not be charged or fulfilled until estimated shipping charges and payment have been completed.
