Kinds of Liners:
Overlap:

Unibead: Finished-Edge liner that can either hook into a beaded track, or if no beaded track is installed, it will simply hang on the pool wall using its finished edge.. These do not 'overlap' to the outside of the pool wall, so it's important to get the correct height liner.
Expandable:An Overlap liner made to fit pools with a dug out deep end. For Round pools, the deep section is in the middle of the pool, and for Ovals it is on one end of the pool.
*Important* There are two main kinds of expandable liners: Some stretch into place, while others simply come with extra vinyl in the dug out area. Stretch-in expandable liners tend to be better simply because they cause fewer wrinkles than others. Watch for Stretchable Liners next to the liner picture.
