Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of the original purchase date with the following options:

  • If the Product(s) are New and Unopened, they may be returned with an RGA number for a full refund (minus handling charge and 20% restocking fee) or exchange.
  • If the Products are Opened, the customer may return them at their expense for a partial refund or exchange (minus handling charge and 20% restocking fee). Pools.com will determine the amount of refund based on the conditions of the package.  Pool Liners are excluded from this - if a pool liner is opened, it cannot be returned for any refund.

    • There are No Refunds or Exchanges if:
  • The current date is 30 days after the original purchase date, or
  • The order was a custom order, or the item is used. Please contact our Customer Service Department via email customerservice@pools.com or phone (815.788.9003) to initiate the return process and obtain an RGA (return goods authorization) number. We are unable to credit you for Handling or Express Shipping charges. Charges for shipping returned products back to us are your responsibility.
