If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of the original purchase date with the following options:If the Product(s) are New and Unopened, they may be returned with an RGA number for a full refund (minus handling charge and 20% restocking fee) or exchange.
If the Products are Opened, the customer may return them at their expense for a partial refund or exchange (minus handling charge and 20% restocking fee). Pools.com will determine the amount of refund based on the conditions of the package. Pool Liners are excluded from this - if a pool liner is opened, it cannot be returned for any refund.
There are No Refunds or Exchanges if:
The current date is 30 days after the original purchase date, or
The order was a custom order, or the item is used.

We are unable to credit you for Handling or Express Shipping charges. Charges for shipping returned products back to us are your responsibility.
