Special Shipping Charges

Depending on the contents of the order, a special $25 or higher shipping charge may be added because of the additional costs of shipping the order safely and correctly. Due to tighter shipping guidelines, more chemicals are considered HAZMAT (Hazardous Materials) and require extra attention and processing. This $25 is only charged once per order that includes an item designated as a HAZMAT item, unless that order contains large quantities HAZMAT products in which case the charge may get as high as $75.

Please Note: Items that carry this charge also require an adult to sign for delivery. UPS and FedEx will attempt to deliver a package 3 times and then return it to us at Pools.com. If a package is returned to us in this manner, we will consider it a return, and will refund your order total minus a 20% restocking fee. If contacted prior to processing as a return, we can ship the order out again at the customers additional expense.
